Keratoconus is a condition when your cornea (the clear surface of your eye over your pupil and iris) thins our, gradually producing a cone-shaped bulge in the front of your eye.

In the early stages, glasses or soft contacts can correct vision however, as the disease progresses, a special contact lens is needed.
We are able to fit:
- Rigid Gas Permeable Contacts
- SynergEyes® or Hybrid contacts (A contact with a RGP center and soft contact exterior)
- Scleral Contacts
The following Corneal Topography (CT) shows a cornea with Keratoconus. The CT is important to monitor changes in the cornea surface. The yellow/orange areas show steep elevation whereas the blue surface shows flat areas.
